Renowned pianist and professor Lucas Wong will take you on a journey through the history of French keyboard music

About this Event

Part of Music at Home with the Silvermans, a special miniseries curated by distinguished pianists Robert and Ellen Silverman that takes place at their home in the Arbutus Heights neighbourhood.

Our miniseries at the home of the Silvermans continues with Lucas Wong, one of Robert Silverman’s most distinguished protégés. His growing resume includes a professorship in Suzhou, China, and a recent CD with Centaur Records featuring the music of Rameau and Couperin that was released to a rave review by Gramophone. He will take you on a journey through the history of French keyboard music, featuring works by Rameau, Couperin, Chabrier, and Debussy.
