Ariana Fotinakis is a Life Coach, Personal Trainer, and Triathlete. After years of struggling with substance abuse and anxiety, Ariana turned her life around by focusing on her health and challenging herself through various athletic endeavours. She is passionate about helping people work through the blocks that have kept them stuck, by using a combination of fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness practices.
