Maple syrup is a Canadian treasure. Tonight, Jill will show you how versatile this gift of nature is. To start you will sip on a hot maple butter rum beverage as Jill demonstrates her ever popular maple and rosemary mixed nuts. Next is a roasted beet salad with a maple horseradish dressing on organic greens. The main course is maple and rosemary glazed salmon served on beluga lentils. Finish the night by nibbling on maple walnut tartlets!
