Presented by the Yukon Avalanche Association

A one day course introducing the advanced snowpack, weather and avalanche observation skills to help you make advanced great MIN submissions including: where and how to make usefull snowpit observations, how conduct and interperate snowpack tests, quick snowpack observations, reading the weather and safe slope testing (ski cutting).

We will meet at the Carcross Cuttof at 8:00 AM to sign waivers and organize car pools. Please familiarize yourself with the online waiver before comming: http://www.acmg.ca/pdf/ACMGRELEASE.pdf
