Eric Klimuk, Founder and CEO

Eric is a seasoned customer service veteran and has worked in a multitude of technical support roles including front line, backline, management, professional services, and operations. Eric previously worked at Sophos, a faced paced security company within the global support operations team. Within the operations team, Eric created the internal customer service platform and external facing portals that is still used today by hundreds of engineers and thousands of customers.

A Thinking Ape

Prior to joining A Thinking Ape, Naz was previously employed by Graycon Group and Sophos. Naz is a hardcore gamer with an IT consulting and technical support background. He’s worked in a variety of environments and a variety of products. He’s built a support team from the ground up and is responsible for customer relations for all of A Thinking Ape’s products.
