They help you determine whether you have a viable idea and whether you want to invest your time, energy and resources in building your startup. You will learn the do's and don’ts of customer interviews and find out which techniques will lead you to getting the answers that will help you iterate on your idea faster.
It will also give you a preview of what you can expect from District 3’s Business Model Validation program, where you will be challenged to do over 100 customer interviews within 12 weeks.
