You know the conversations. The ones that make you pause or even avoid entirely (maybe it/they will go away!!). Unfortunately, they are also the conversations that, if they do not happen, can turn into something much worse!
By addressing concerns early, you stop them from developing into something worse and you will build stronger, more resilient relationships.
In this in-person interactive enjoyable workshop, participants will:
• Learn how to pick the best time to have your conversation and how to start things off right.
• Find out how to avoid defensiveness using a proven model.
• Develop useful skills that will help you along the way to better outcomes
