Join our workshop to plan the next AGM for your strata.

About this Event

At the Annual General Meeting (AGM), strata owners vote to accept the annual budget, determine strata fees, plan building repairs and maintenance, elect council members and make other important decisions. In every strata - condo, townhouse, duplex, or part of a bare land complex - the AGM is required.

Whether you are a council member or an interested owner, this hands-on workshop will help you learn all about AGMs.

VISOA President, Sandy Wagner will cover:

  • Understanding the agenda

  • Which voting threshold applies?
  • When can amendments be put forward?
