Description

Over the last decade, technology has changed what we do and how we do things in HR. Employee information is now stored in the cloud; big data helps us make more strategic decisions; and a variety of tools enable us do things better, faster and at scale.

The value of technology is undeniable. But with the digitization of HR, it becomes a challenge to keep interactions personal.

So how can we leverage technology without compromising the human side of HR? How do different technologies affect employee experience? What aspects of HR should we avoid using technology for? And how can we prepare for a future of rapid technological advancements?

On Monday, September 25th, we’re inviting a panel of experts to share their insights on how to keep HR human in a digital world. Join us for an evening of knowledge-sharing and networking among like-minded peers and HR aficionados. Snacks and drinks will be provided.

Hope to meet you there!
