This event is the Nutrition Orientation to the full "How to Lose 12 Pounds in 28 Days" Program.

It is a mandatory orientation for all registrants in the 28 day program and open to Fit Club Members as a COMPLIMENTARY value-added workshop.

The full 12 in 28 Program is LIMITED to the FIRST 12 registrants.

You'll learn...

  • The fundamental requirements for fat loss and maintenance.

  • How to get results fast and see evidence of your success in the mirror, on the scale and with your energy levels!

  • The foods you need to stop eating and the ones you can EAT AS MUCH AS YOU WANT without the guilt.

  • Why tracking results is important and which ones can tell that you're winning the battle.

  • The SUCCESS FORMULA and how to apply it to fat loss for long-term success.

TRAINING PORTION

Your 12 in 28 Training Program consists of small group sessions with a focus on the 2 fundmental components of fat loss...

1. Strength Training

2. Conditioning

Your 12 training sessions run Monday, Wednesday, Thursday starting Feb 5th at 7:30 PM.

***Make up training sessions can be completed Saturday mornings at 8 AM.
