Hi love,

Have you had a baby recently?

Have you had kids a while ago but you are still carrying the excess weight?

No judgment here, I'm just asking.

How many times do you look in the mirror and think to yourself

"I hate this belly",

"my arms are too big",

"my thighs are enormous, I have to do something about this"

Then you decide, starting tomorrow you go on a diet.

The following week you serve everyone normal food, while you yourself eat a salad and look at everyone with envy.

You sign up to the gym and drag yourself to the harsh group classes which you don't even enjoy.

How long can you stay at this deprived state? A week? Two weeks? A few months?

Then, you usually go through a self-loathing drama scene followed by a binge and eat the contents of your entire fridge, pantry and your kids' toys for dessert (just kidding :)

Then the cycle goes on again and again...

When will this end?

Look, I've been there many times.

I am familiar with this closely.

I have felt like this after each pregnancy, and I had three babies.

Health is one of my highest values, however, you may know this, I am an advocate of approaching health and well-being with love and compassion.

This is especially true for those of us who are raising girls.

I have three girls.

And the one thing I do not want to pass on to them is a body image issue.

Sweet love, this is serious stuff.

Your love to yourself is important so that your girls learn how to love themselves.

I have developed a unique approach to weight loss which is comprised of healing "the mother wound", falling in love with food again and private coaching. When you combine all three the weight just melts away, it's truly magical!

These are the three corner stones of this process:

- Healing your past and in particular your relationship with your mother or other significant women who have passed on their own body image issues to you.

- Falling in love with food again! Changing your mindset around food and in particular healthy food!

- Hand in hand support, guidance, coaching, and accountability from me.
