How to love sales
Event Information
Description
What is it about picking up the phone and making those calls that we find so hard to do?
Studies show that most salespeople do not make more than 1 first contact with prospects. I'll even go as far as to say that most entrepreneurs don't consider themselves salespeople. Salespeople are "those other guys," the ones that stuff information down throats and demand sales just to meet quotas.
This complementary interactive workshop (must make purchase to support coffee shop) is designed to shift the mentality around sales in your mind so that you:
- Make more sales calls
and
- Close more business
If you enjoy talking on the phone or one-on-one with others and get a high that stays on long after the call is done BUT you don't enjoy the process of finding prospects, asking them for conversations, and then starting them off with quotas, sales, rejection, and bills in mind, then this workshop is for you.
-Learn the best way to get prospects who want to talk to you and will exchange money for your business
This is an interactive workshop for entrepreneurs 0 to 3 years who want to be of service and also make money so that they can leave their corporate job to do what they love.
A word from your Host, Julia Katsivo:
As a Focus Coach and Transition Strategist, I help solo entrepreneurs 0 to 3 years in business focus on what they need to do to make more money. My clients are transitioning from a regular job to work in what will work best for them and their families and need help with mindset, marketing, and sales techniques and strategies.
Previous to doing this work, I worked for 10 years in PR, market research, sales, marketing, and collections in several Fortune 500 companies, as well as with small businesses for seven years with the Canada Revenue Agency.
I know what it feels like to want to successfully transition from job to business and not know where to begin. It took me four years of persistent trial and error without the help of a coach to leave my comfortable job behind for the world of the unknown. I want to save others money and time from my experience and specialized knowledge.
To date, I have helped structure business models, income streams, lifestyle balance, and transition paths for clients in Canada, the US, and parts of Africa.
I'm also an active member of several international organizations in which I hold leadership positions and an official member of the Forbes Coaches Council. My articles can be read on Forbes.com under Leadership, amongst other noted publications.
