Mindfulness Workshop

You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection. – Buddha

One of the most common pieces of advice given by well-meaning people is to “love yourself,” to have good “self-esteem,” but unfortunately, there is no clear road map. How do you learn to love yourself? What does that entail? How can you do that well?

This half-day mindfulness workshop explores the theories, science, and proven approaches to learning self-compassion and self-love. These practices and techniques can show you how to increase your positivity and develop self-acceptance.

This session includes instruction, meditations and time for discussion and questions. It is designed to be accessible and friendly for beginners. Seating will be on chairs. All guided meditations will be available on MindSana.com.
