About this event
OSSCO© facilitates this Telelearning workshop with Speaker Danielle D’Amico. She leads the discussion on the relationship between stress, lifestyle behaviours, and cognitive health and improve the quality of life in later years. She will also be recruiting participants for her research project to develop effective prevention programs for cognitive decline.
Danielle D’Amico is a PhD Student, Psychological Science Program at X University (formerly Ryerson). She is a trainee through CCNA. Danielle’s research focuses on risk and protective factors across the lifespan for cognitive aging.
In this workshop we discuss:
- whether healthy lifestyle behaviours can minimize the effects of stress on stress on cognitive decline
- better understand how chronic stress and lifestyle behaviors impact cognition
