Come and join us for our first seminar of the year (continuing from our string of 2016 series seminars) and learn about how to manage real estate and get on the right track for the new year and to meet like minded people like yourself!
We'll be discussing about the key changes that are primarily affecting home owners and the impacts of selling and buying (this includes first time home buyers) such as industry regulations, causes and effect, economy, and much more!
All presented in a easy to digest story format that will be highly educational, interesting, fun and engaging for our valued audiences.

Our keynote speakers include:
Joy Pike, owner and president from Verico Network's - Mega Mortgage, who will be discussing upon what you need to know in order to get financing, how to manage and leverage your finances to get where you want to go.
Peng Hock Tan, senior real estate broker and advisor from Royal LePage Meadowtowne Realty - The TanTeam, will be providing insight and the knowledge to assist you in managing one of your most important assets (or to be) -- real estate.
There will be refreshments and snacks served along with a fantastic music on site during the course of the event. Parking is free and plentiful (directly in front of the office)
