How to Study the Bible? workshop for women to learn together
Sat, 5 November 2016, 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM EDT
Ever feel a bit lost with the Bible?
You may have been reading it for a long time, or not really opened a Bible before. Whichever may be your case, at some point chances are, you have felt a bit lost navigating the Word of God.
Perhaps you wonder not so much how to, but why study the Bible altogether?
Wanna learn together with other women while sharing and connecting with one another? Awesome:)
What you need to do:
Before the workshop please buy the book "Women of the Word" and start reading it at your own leisure. It will be an integral part of the tools used during the workshop. Available at the bookstore of Church 21, Amazon, or Indigo. It's a quick and engaging read on Bible literacy, written by a woman for women. Good stuff ;)
You will learn some tools and methods to do expository study of the Bible, so that you can interact with the text more intimately and learn who God is. And in the process learn more who you are. All the while getting to know other women and sharing together :)
We are so excited to meet you and share together, can't wait!
