Description

Come and spend the afternoon with us learning how to support your anxious child. We will be discussing the difference between everyday worry and anxiety, the brain science of anxiety, and strategies you can do with your child to help him/her cope if he/she experiences anxiety. It will be an engaging and dynamic workshop. It is for parents of elementary school-aged children who experience excessive worry.

There will be a balance of teaching and exploring: you will learn new information as well as have an opportunity to try out some of the strategies discussed.
