Event description

Description

Some plants really are better together! This workshop will introduce you to the “BFFs” of the gardening world, and how to play matchmaker with your plants. You’ll learn which make perfect pairs (and which don’t get along!), and the different benefits of companion planting. We’ll cover the 5 main categories of companion plants: structurer, attractors, decoys, nutrients, and wildlife. Sign up for this workshop for great tips to help you get healthier plants, deal with fewer pests, and even grow an amazing butterfly garden!

Featuring guest speaker, Dora Berry. Landscape designer, gardener, biologist, and educator. Learn more about Dora at www.natureselements.ca
