Description
How to tear down a wall, a new full-length dance by choreographer Tracey Norman, aims to interrogate supportive structures, investigating the walls we put up and take down in our society, smaller communities, and intimate relationships.
Collaborating with exciting interpreters Justine Comfort, Sarah Dowhun, Miles Gosse, Niko Markakis and Denise Solleza (members of the collective Half Second Echo), and lighting designer Gabriel Cropley, How to tear down a wall is a site-specific work for a magnificent space housed in Artscape Youngplace.
“Tracey Norman never fails to leave a great impression. Her choreographic style is beautifully physical and subtly compelling.” – Mooney on Theatre
