Facilitators

ElevatingHR was formed by two passionate Human Resources leaders who have over 50 years of combined HR experience. During our time together, we will share our knowledge, insights, stories and lessons learned so that you can expedite your own HR career.

Michele Bush

Michele is the owner of Meglyn Consulting. During her 30 years in HR, Michele has worked in both private and public sectors, with entrepreneurs, start ups and large global corporations, across various industries from insurance to biotech, spending 10 years in Senior Executive roles in mining and heavy equipment.

Michele is a Certified Coach Practitioner, providing customized career transition and job search support and mentoring for aspiring HR Professionals. In addition, she helps small business improve their productivity and employer brand through leadership coaching and employee engagement.

Michele’s credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Business Diploma and Executive Management Certificate, she is a Certified Facilitator and obtained her CHRM designation from the HRPAO in the early 1990’s.

Shari Angle

Shari Angle is the owner of LOFT Consulting. During her 20 years in HR, 10 at the executive level, Shari worked for both a Global, fortune 500 company, as well as mid-sized, private organizations.

She helps companies create high performance cultures by reducing employee turnover and improving employee engagement. She is trained in the co-active coaching model through the Coaches Training Institute and is a Certified Coach Practitioner through the Certified Coaches Federation. She works one-on-one with stand-alone HR professionals to provide coaching, mentorship and guidance.

Shari’s credentials include an Honours BA in Sociology from Western University and a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources from Humber College. She earned her CHRP designation from the HRPAO in 2000.
