Description
Join us for a day of celebration and honouring people of our past who have help craete a rich disability history in Alberta.
Drumming, picnic, films, a lively discussion about disability adocacy and a pop up gallery filled with artifacts and art honouring our past.
We have limited tickets for low-income, support workers will get in free. Pay at the door if tickets on-line are gone!
ASL interpreters will be available from 12 to 3 pm. As morning events from 10 till 12 are not amplified and self-guided.
10 am to 10:30 am Registration & Drumming Circle (South Lawn)
11 am to 12 pm Self-guided tour of garden & home, pop up gallery and films
12 pm to 12:30 pm Opening Ceremonies (South lawn), ASL Interpreter provided
12:30 pm to 1 pm Lunch (South Lawn)
1 pm to 3 pm Tea & Bill 205 Conversation with office of MLA Sandra Jensen (Main floor Drawing Room)
