Far more than an abdominal workout. This full body approach to core health is a postural & respiratory technique that addresses the true essence of the core so it will perform synergistically as intended. Hypopressives is a low-pressure form of fitness that creates an upward vacuum while unconsciously guiding the abdominals & pelvic floor inwards and upwards. The specific breathing technique patterned with a series of postures and poses recruits the deep support system of the core enabling gusto balance and counterbalance the pressures of the everyday activities and sports we love.

Restores & Maintains Posture

Prevents Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (incontinence & Pelvic organ prolapse), abdominal & vertebral hernia. Improves circulation, digestion, abdominal diastasis, sexual health & abdominal tone.
