Event description

Description

You Are Fabulous. Truly.

Right now, you might be feeling burnt out or overwhelmed with everything on your plate. Maybe you feel soooo tired, I understand. But I also know, You are fabulous.

Take a time-out with me and reconnect with yourself at the I am Fabulous Workshop.

This workshop is filled with hands-on activities and many breakthroughs. We will use the I am Fabulous protocol which combines essential oils, acupressure meridians, and meditation for deep emotional healing and energetic shifts, as well as learning about the energetic and emotional properties of these oils. This protocol was developed by Desiree Mangandog an acupuncturist and essential oil expert. It is designed to give your self-esteem a boost, diminish feelings of overwhelm, encourage clarity of vision, and help you tap into your power.

Benefits you'll experience are:

  • less stress
  • clearer mind & focus
  • experiencing more ease and flow in your life
  • feeling empowered

NOTE: This is an application workshop. We will be applying essential oils LIVE to shift and move things emotionally and energetically. Be prepared to experience emotional shifts and changes during the morning. There will be water at the event, and we strongly encourage you to drink water throughout the morning.

If you have your own essential oils - Here is the list of essential oils to bring to the workshop:
Melaleuca, Oregano, Cypress, Fennel, Bergamot, Grapefruit, Douglas Fir, Spearmint, Ginger, Cinnamon, Wild Orange

If you are new to essentials oils, please DO NOT worry. There will be plenty of oils there to share and there will be some there available for purchase.

Also bring a notebook and pen to take notes, and a waterbottle.
