About this event
People need people, more than ever in this time of transition to a new era with Covid, the war in Ukraine, climate change, etc. To deal with the current complexity, relationships are key. Relating is one of the 5 dimensions of the IDGs. Do you have what it takes to get the most out of your relationships, at work and at home? Are you able to deal with discomfort? What is necessary to make a shift? Global change starts with self!
The IDG’s
Provide an essential framework of transformative personal & collective qualities for sustainable growth. It represents 23 of these qualities over the 5 Dimensions of Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating, and Acting. Qualities are especially crucial for leaders involved in the SDGs, but fundamental for all of us who want to contribute to sustainable transformation to create a better future for all. Transformation of our inner world brings the necessary transformation in the outer world.
Our personal, and together collective, development is the biggest accelerator toward a better future!
IDG The Hague
Aims to contribute to the global IDG movement by being a ’clubhouse’ & inspiration for leaders that get that catalysing growth in personal & collective development is the gateway to a better future. Together we’ll co-create a journey over the next 12 months, experimenting and sharing input from various experts in the field. A journey that encompasses all 5 IDG dimensions.
13 January 2023 experience in discomfort and how to make a shift
After our kick-off on 8 December, we will accelerate our growth on 13 January 2023 by learning with each other and with Ellemiek Etman, an expert in (personal) leadership and discomfort. Ellemiek is running a Ph.D. research program with 40 board - and supervisory board members on the topic of discomfort and (personal) leadership in transition to a new economy and society. What is necessary to really make that shift?
Would you like to learn & grow as a Leader? Would you like to share & experiment? Would you like to meet others interested in the IDGs? Please join us in creating a quality experience and sharing best practices!
For whom
Leaders, current & next, that get that catalyzing growth in personal & collective development is the gateway to a better future. And that we can only enter this gateway together!
