A Coach Approach to Ministry Certificate: Learn to take a coach approach to ministry for enhanced ministry effectiveness and leadership

About this Event

A Coach Approach to Ministry: The Jesus Way?

A Coach Approach to Ministry Certificate: Learn to take a coach approach to ministry for transforming conversations, enhanced ministry effectiveness and leadership growth.

Coach Approach to Ministry Certificate offered by Ignite Summits.

Great questions are a door to transformation. Jesus asked 339 questions and was asked 183, only answering a handful. The neuroscience of coaching has shown that thoughtful, intentional questions following a coaching model lead to transformation. It isn’t surprising that Jesus was way ahead of us on this “new fad” we now call coaching. Improve your question asking skills to have more transforming conversations through coach training.

You are invited to join a cohort of pastors learning coaching skills together (enrollment limited). This cohort will launch in October 2019 in a 2 day face to face training event. Participants will then continue their skill development and learning through an online cohort for 6 months. The cohort will reconnect face to face at an event called Capstone. At Capstone participants will present their learning, the impact of coaching in their ministry leadership and showcase their coaching skills.

This 32 hour certificate is eligible for the Canada Job Grant (offered in most provinces) which will pay up to 2/3 of eligible training costs. If you are applying for funding through the Saskatchewan, Alberta or British Columbia Job Grant do not register for the program until you have received approval for funding (more info below).
