Description

Vivek Shraya presents her new book, I'm Afraid of Men, and other selected works from her large multimedia oeuvre, as part of McGill's first LGBTQ2I+ History Month and as the headliner event for the The Art of Trans, Gender-Diverse and Two-Spirit Lives series from the Institute for Gender, Sexuality and Feminist Studies at McGill.

We will hear selected passages from her new work, and get to engage the prolific writer, visual artist and multimedia through a conversation with art historian and series coodinator Dorian Fraser, and a Q&A after the presentation.
