Improve Your Concentration through Meditation / Mediations for Daily Life
Event Information
About this Event
On alternating Thursdays in November:
Improve Your Concentration through Meditation
Concentration, as explained in Buddhism, is our ability to control our mind, to direct it at will, to focus on one meaningful object, and eventually stay there for as long as we want. It allows us to think the thoughts we want to think as opposed to the thoughts that make us feel sad, bad, or mad.
Meditations for Daily Life
Take an hour to uplift your mind and cultivate a feeling of inner peace with these in-person and online guided meditation classes.
The Meditations for Daily Life classes are ideal for all levels. Not only does it help us develop a regular formal meditation practice, but this gives us tools that will help us practice meditation in our daily life.
