Join us on December 1, 2016 at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto for Canada's first service design conference. In partnership with the Service Design Network Canada, this one day conference will bring together service design pratitioners, enthusiasts, researchers, and students to explore this emerging field of practice.
This year’s theme is In Flux: A recognition that the products of the past are quickly being replaced by the services of the future, requiring new hybrid skills, tools, and thinking for managing people and resources.
The program is still being finalized, however, presenters will represent a broad cross-section of professions, such as: telecommunications, financial services, academia, and the public service. Sample themes, include: selling service design in your organization, community led co-design, creating 21st century government services, place-making through service design, building a culture of service design excellence.
