As we have resumed our Sunday morning worship, coming together in person, we are requesting people register in advance to help us meet regulations for indoor gatherings during this pandemic.

Some key points to know:

• We request that each person in attendance be registered separately and/or individually named in your family ticket order.
• check-in station will be set up at the Emily St. main entrance only, prior to the start time. Give your name upon arrival. Please note that if the answer to any of the screening questions changes before Sunday, we kindly ask that you stay home and watch the gathering online. Seating is limited and we must adhere to group size maximums
• We will be keeping 2 metres apart
• We will be showing you to your seat
• Face coverings will be mandatory (unless medically exempt), except for those leading worship
• The washrooms will be open
• The nursery is now open, but all children are also welcome in the service
• The Sunday Morning LIVE! Children's program is available.

CONFIRMATION | By registering for this event and submitting this form, you confirm that you are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, you have not been in contact with anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (or a confirmed case of COVID-19) and that you have not travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days.
