Do you have to have a breathwork practice already in place?

Absolutely not! You will be shown and guided on what Conscious Connected Breath is in person

Will we be breathing the whole 2 hours?

No, the first 20 minutes there will be an introduction and framing of the practice, the breathwork session itself will last aprox. 45 minutes with a playlist. You will be guided through the whole time, then there will be time to integrate and share (if you feel called to)

What do I bring?

Wear Loose comfortable clothing, please bring a mat and any blankets or light covering, and any pillows should you want to prop your knees and lastly an EYE PILLOW. For after the session, always a good idea to have a water bottle available for the drive home.

Are there any restrictions to this practice?

Accepted Answer

The Breathwork Waiver & Release Form outlines the participant's responsibilities and health considerations for engaging in a breathwork session. ​ Participants are required to disclose any medical conditions and/or medications.  In any case modifications to the breathwork will be provided.
