Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for checking in.

When shopping in person please follow these directions:

Step 1 - When you arrive on campus, proceed to Lot 2 near the West Gate entrance and park. View our parking map for the lot location. Click here for Parking rates and additional information.

Step 2 - Please wear a mask before approaching West Gate.

Step 3 - Walk to the West Gate entrance and proceed through the first set of sliding doors. You will need to use the intercom on the wall to the right to contact Security to enter campus. When Security verifies your name they will buzz you through.

Step 4 - Proceed towards the lower level of Main Street and make your way to the Cougars Campus Store. Entrance to the store will be located at the Eastern corner of the storefront.

Step 5 - Please wait in line 2 meters apart from the person in front and behind you. Prior to your appointment time a Staff Member will come out to check you in. You will then be let into the store at the beginning of your time slot.

We ask that you complete all of your purchases and have left the store by the end of your time slot, thank-you.
