Booty Freedom After Dark: Super Sexy Floor Work for all levels!
Roll around on the floor in your sexy heels or socks!
You must have knee pads for this class.
After Dark will now be moving much slower to ensure we move at a low impact pace. Class size is much smaller to ensure a safe distance, Masks are mandatory.
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before class to sanitize, and settle in.
