Join us in a group discussion with your local FamilySmart PiRs that builds upon the video "How to Manage Your Mental Health in Tight Quarters: A Conversation for Families" led by Liz Kay, MSW, RSW, RCC and Victoria Keddis.

The discussion focuses on how to manage stress and anxiety while living in closer proximity to each other, specifically we will explore how to manage personal anxiety, caring for others' anxiety, creating balance, meaning and connection during stressful times.Watch the video prior to our online discussion and join us to talk about it! We are looking forward to connecting with you and hearing about what stood out to you.

These sessions are facilitated by local Parents in Residence allowing for resources and information to be community specific. Families and caring adults are invited to reach out to their community Parent in Residence - a list of PiRs can be found here:
