About this Event
The French concept of a "prix fixe" menu for lunches means you can get a great meal for a good value price even in some of the fancier restaurants. But all restautants, even the smaller ones will offer some sort of "menu" at midday.
In today's class you'll learn to make a classic "menu du jour" from start to finish - incuding Salade de Carottes, Blanquette de Poulet and Tarte aux Pommes.
Price is per screen.
Recipes/ shopping lists and the Zoom login information will be sent approximately 1 week before the class.
Class requires a minimum of 8 screens to run.
