Inclusive Design Challenge: Support at Work Informational Webinar
Event Information
About this event
The MaRS and CIBC Inclusive Design Challenge: Support at Work asks Canadian innovators from all backgrounds to present solutions that can improve support at work for persons with disabilities.
The winner of this second challenge in the series will receive a $50,000 grand prize; two runners-up will receive $20,000 each; and two innovators will be awarded $5,000 each with honourable mention.
With two weeks until the March 1 submission deadline, this information session is your chance to learn about the challenge requirements, receive tips on creating successful submissions, and have your questions answered live.
Priority areas identified by the disability community include flexible work, attitudinal bias, assistive technology, and support networks.
MaRS and CIBC are committed to making this launch, and the overall challenge, as accessible as possible. We are offering American Sign Language interpretation and closed-captioning during the broadcast. Please let us know if you require any additional accommodations through the registration.
