Indigenous Artisans' Holiday Market- Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Indigenous Artisans' Holiday Market! The Market will provide an opportunity for Indigenous artisans and artists to showcase their handmade items.
This event is sponsored by the Indigenous Programs, Faculty of Extension, and there is no cost to register or attend. Please complete this online vendor application form or submit your form by email to Mandy MacRae at email@example.com. Vendor application forms will be accepted until November 15, 2016. As limited tables are available, not all applicants will be accepted. Our team will contact all applicants to let them know if they are successful by November 16, 2016.
Date & time of the market: Wednesday, November 30, 2016, 11 pm - 2 pm
Location: 10230 Enterprise Square, Main Floor Atrium
Cost for a table: Free. Limited tables are available for Indigenous artisans. Successful applicants will be contacted by phone or email.
Cost for customer entrance to market: Free
What are we looking for?
We are looking for handmade items made by Indigenous artisans and artists. Items we hope to showcase include unique gifts, art, candles, soaps, jewelry, apparel, food, pottery, and more!
Eligibility: Vendor tables are open to Indigenous artists and artisans. The vendor must complete and submit the application form to firstname.lastname@example.org by November 15, 2016 to be considered. Feel free to also include photos of your product. Limited tables are available. Our team will contact applicants to let them know if they are successful by November 16, 2016.
Advertising: Market organizers will advertise the Indigenous Artisans Holiday Market through social media. We will also provide and distribute posters. A poster will be shared with vendors who wish to help promote and increase visibility of the market.
Set Up & Take Down: Market set-up will take place from 10-11 am Wednesday, November 30, 2016. Please check-in with Mandy MacRae upon arrival to find your assigned space. Each vendor will receive a table and chair. Market take-down will take place from 2-3 pm Wednesday, November 30, 2016.
Parking: These is parking located nearby Enterprise Square (underground, surface lots, meters). Please note parking is the responsibility of the vendor. Enterprise Square has excellent LRT access with the Bay/Enterprise Square station entrance inside the building.
