Join us in person or online for an exclusive two-day Indigenous Clean Opportunities (ICEO) workshop Tuesday, June 27 and Wednesday 28th! The event will be held on xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) territory in Richmond BC at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel.
Day 1 will provide an interactive Electricity 101 session with the afternoon focusing on implementing UNDRIP in the BC electricity sector. Day 2 will focus on First Nations opportunities within BC’s Hydrogen economy.
Limited travel subsidies are available for one First Nation’s representative on a first come first basis, please email bltown@telus.net asap to inquire.

DAY 1: Electricity 101 Knowledge Sessions & Implementing the Declaration Act in BC’s Electricity Sector
Electricity 101: Interactive knowledge and Q&A sessions on a variety of electricity-related topics such as generation, transmission, distribution, utilities, and regulation, as well as alignment of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UN Declaration) Act into B.C.’s electricity sector.
