About this event
In partnership with the Social Development Centre, Waterloo Region Community Legal Services is presenting a Cultural Competency lunch and learn session with an emphasis on Anishnaabe, Cree and 2 Spirit cultures.
Join Hollee George and Lu Roberts who will utilize storytelling and personal experiences to discuss the challenges and celebrations of being Cree, Anishnaabe and 2 Spirit in an urban setting.
Lu Roberts is the Indigenous Justice Program Coordinator at Waterloo Region Community Legal Services. Hollee George is an Eviction Prevention Specialist at Social Development Centre Waterloo Region.
