The “Budgeting & Reporting” Conference is a practical and interactive two-day learning experience focused on strengthening budgeting and reporting practices across Indigenous organizations. Designed for program managers, finance managers, and directors, this conference brings together experienced facilitators and peers to explore how strong budgeting and reporting processes can support effective programs, funding accountability, and informed decision-making.
