Activity: Edible Finger Paint for Baby
About This Session:
Infants learn through sensory. This session will allow your infant to explore all their senses as they experience finger painting safely with edible finger paint made with products from home! An excellent opportunity to engage in language development and build up those fine motor muscles in baby.
Materials needed:
- 4 Tablespoons of corn flour (corn starch)
- Cold water
- 1 Cup of boiling water
- food colour or Wilton icing colour gels (less colour on hands)
- bowl to mix,
- measuring spoons/cup,
- spoon to stir
- small jars with lids to put paint in
- finger paint paper and tape to tape it down or do it on a high chair tray.
