Event description

Description

Ingrid Rojas Contreras talks about Fruit of the Drunken Tree, a coming-of-age story of female empowerment, set in the Narco-world of Pablo Escobar. This novel is a powerful testament to the impossible choices women are often forced to make in the face of violence—and what can blossom in the middle of desperation.

Rojas Contreras will discuss her novel Fruit of the Drunken Tree with Jael Richardson.
