Join the Mind Management Workshop to learn about how these ancient techniques, validated by empirical research worldwide, can help you bring positive changes in your daily life! The workshop includes:
- Subtle Yoga (desktop yoga) that will work the muscles and joints (Work Clothes Ok, Yoga Mats Not Needed)
- Breathing techniques to increase the lung capacity
- Guided Meditation to give total rest to the mind and body.
The program is free. However, your donation (at the door) will support Karma Teachers Studio. Karma teachers is a group of yoga teachers committed to selfless action and giving back to community. Offering free or by donation yoga classes.
