NEW STORIES FOR HUMANITY TO THRIVE (ON LINE CONVERSATION)

What leadership is needed for humanity - and each of us - to grow through these challenging times?

What will it take for a critical mass to find our way back to each other and our planet?

How do we create effective pathways to thriving, as part of a new story of what it means to be alive now?

Please join us on this online conversation to that promises to be both profound and practical to

explore these questions.

The spark for this conversation was an off-hand invitation to name the one word that, to each of us, represented the key to humanity’s thriving. As the four of us shared our words in turn, we were fascinated to realize that there was something vitally important in the combination of our approaches. All four are needed in appropriate synergy as the foundation of a whole new story of our humanity.

The Pathways:

Story: Organizational consultant and author Michelle Holliday points to the need for leaders to be story curators, listening for and articulating a new, guiding story with Life at the center of its plot.

Practice: For teacher, speaker and yogipreneur Bhaskar Goswami, leaders create practice grounds where a profound connection enables thriving together. inspired leadership is a quality that can be enhanced with practices that allow for a collective thrivability.

Wisdom: Author, wisdom alchemist, and custodian Anneloes Smitsman inspiresinvites leaders to go beyond the threshold of their minds, by reconnecting with theinto direct connection with the Source and Wisdom of Life - listening for how thise wisdom to thrive lives deep within our being and emerges as we come together in whole meaningful new ways.

Love: To convener and catalyst for transformation Stephane Leblanc, leaders must create space for love and belonging, in loving acceptance of each person’s unique contributions, if we are to unlock our full potential together.

We invite you to join us in exploring these four pathways to thriving and what happens when we combine from a place of inspired them with clear intention in our leadership.
