Transformational Marketing enables businesses to reach, connect and engage with customers in a way that gives them a reason to care, a reason to buy, and most important of all, a reason to be loyal. This workshop will explore the emerging concept of transformational marketing in brand design and development and how it can be applied to artists and their work. Using real-life examples, you will see how adding transformational appeals makes creative products and services more inspiring and appealing for customers, and you will learn how to apply these ideas to your artistic endeavors, differentiate artistic offers and improve customer satisfaction.

As a not-for-profit organization, YES (Youth Employment Services) enriches the community by providing English-language support services to help Quebecers find employment and start and grow businesses.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for any workshop series and French courses must be received two business days before the start of the FIRST workshop in the series. A $15 administration fee will be deducted from the refund. Workshop payments of $20 or less are non-transferable and non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny future services. Workshop speakers can change without notice.
Please note for all evening workshops beginning at 6:30PM: Doors open at 6:00PM and the workshop begins at 6:30PM sharp. Due to the nature of the event and to minimize disruption, the center doors close at 7:00PM - latecomers will not be admitted.
