Bert has 40000+ hours of real-world experience in Sales and Marketing Management with a top Fortune 100 company, an Ontario based small business and as an advisor for several Toronto based small business entrepreneurs and start-ups. His portfolio has included brands with sales of over $100 million. Bert has trained, coached or mentored more than 250 sales or marketing professionals and managed over 30 different business units. He also has 3000 hours of expertise in B2C and B2B selling and has been responsible for the development of more than 120 sales/marketing plans. Last but not least, Bert comes from a family business background.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Our office is one block south of Yonge and Front Street, a short walk from Union Station. Paid parking is available in multiple lots around the building or in the lot under the building.

What's the refund policy?

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event.


Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

If you purchased a public ticket, yes, you can transfer your ticket to another person. If you are a member, you are only able to transfer your ticket to another member in your member level. Please contact us with questions.


Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Unfortunately, no. Because we offer member pricing only to our members, we need to ensure that you are a member in order to recieve that discount.
