Intensive 4 Day CBT Training

This 4 day training & supervision program or 4 day training only, is for Occupational Therapists, Nurses, Physicians, Psychologists, Psychotherapists or Social Workers and Social Service Workers (or students of these programs) seeking training and /or supervision in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Training & Supervision will be provided by a combination of team members from Stacey E. Roles & Associates Psychotherapy Services Inc. and CBT Training Centre of the North.

Training modules:

Dates: October 17th & 18th, 2022

November 28th & 29th, 2022

          All 4 days run from 9am-430pm EST

• Introduction-CBT the Basics

• Case Formulation

• CBT for Depression and Suicidal Thoughts

• CBT for Anxiety Disorders, Panic Disorders, Social Phobia, & Trauma

• CBT for Special Topics

• Putting it All Together

• Training takes place via distance learning

Supervision includes:

• Supervision can take place in person, over the phone or via distance learning 

• 10 group supervision sessions

• Each session lasts 45-60 minutes

• Supervision requires the trainee to record a CBT session with their client and submit the recording to the supervisor
