Program Summary:
This course prepares the participants to investigate and determine the validity of harassment complaints with hands-on skill development in the following critical areas: assessing credibility, dealing with conflicting evidence or testimony, and finding ways to corroborate or refute allegations in the absence of witnesses and/or where the stories conflict. 3 days
