INTRODUCTION

The International Peaceful Co-Existence Summit 2021, host by the Alliance Creative Community Project, is a visible presence program design to support the UN’s Peaceful Project worldwide. Includes playing a part in the historic peaceful coexistence programs in the world.

PARTICIPATION

The International Peaceful Co-Existence Summit 2021 will welcome over 300 delegates from more than 20 countries, representatives of security agencies, City Leaders, Traditional Authorities, Religious leaders, UN agencies, Non-profit Organizations & private sector.

The Summit will be an event that allows the sharing of different perspectives as well as high-level expertise from peaceful agencies from all over the world. Discussions at such summits are intense and focus on demonstrating the impact that peace represents in our day to day activities

The International Peaceful Co-Existence Summit 2021 brings together Traditional Leaders, Government Officials, Religious Leaders, Business executives and industry leaders across the continent driving the transition to peaceful Coexistence. Organizations and industries would be able to share experience and their latest technologies and innovations helping to build momentum towards a peaceful future.

We invite media companies, membership organizations, social enterprises and educational institutions that want to take the lead in pushing the sustainable development agenda forward to join the Summit as official media or institutional partner. As an official partner, we would seek your assistance with outreach and PR activities.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES

Summit pass and meals during the event are included in the cost of your ticket. However, you are responsible for your travel to and from the event, accommodation and any additional food/drinks you may consume outside of the scheduled functions. Special Guest of Honor attending from outside Canada would be taken care of by a different arrangement communicated with them.

ELIGIBILITY

All eligibility details are stated in the category description. We reserve the right to cancel any registration which does not meet our criteria.

CANCELLATION BY DELEGATE (YOU):

We are unable to refund any tickets outside of the 7 -day cooling-off period. Should you be unable to attend you may nominate a substitute to attend in your place free of charge. You must contact us in advance of the summit to substitute as on-the-day changes might not be accepted. Delegate places are for the named delegate only and cannot be transferred on the day of the summit.

CANCELLATION BY US:

We reserve the right to cancel any registrations which do not meet our eligibility criteria or which exceed our quota. ACCP is not liable for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by you or your company if the summit is canceled or postponed.
