Meet Your Speaker Panel
About
The Town of Collingwood's second annual International Women's Day Forum will bring the people of Collingwood and the surrounding communities together to inspire and advocate for the advancement of gender equality. Our panelists will share examples of challenges or opportunities they have faced being a woman. We will have four panelists and one moderator with the networking social catered by Low Down Cocktail & Snack Bar.

Networking Social
Keep the energy and conversation going at the networking social catered by Low Down, Collingwood's cocktail and snack bar. Enjoy complimentary hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. Note that peanuts are used in snacks and are in the kitchen.
Childcare Option
The Collingwood Museum is offering a free two-hour program for children ages 6-12 in the Free Schools World Literacy Room at the Collingwood Public Library to coincide with this year’s International Women’s Day Panel Discussion and Networking Social. This program is limited to children accompanying ticket holders. Program participants are required to dress for the weather and are encouraged to bring a nut-free snack and beverage. Pre-registration and a signed waiver form are required for participation. Space is limited, so don’t delay. Register today by emailing anorris@collingwood.ca.

This event features a fundraising opportunity to support My Friend’s House, a non-profit agency offering support for abused women and children living in the Georgian Triangle of Ontario.
