Event description

Description

The North Pacific Cannery is excited to host the first annual Intertidal Music Festival! The full-day festival is set for July 15th and will draw community members, First Nations, visitors and artists from across the province to celebrate Canada’s 150th anniversary and 150 years of salmon canning in British Columbia at the National Historic Site. With these two sesquicentennial events in 2017, North Pacific Cannery is the ideal location to commemorate these monumental anniversaries and give reason to celebrate the North Coast community's rich heritage like never before!

The Intertidal Music Festival will introduce over a dozen bands and artists from the region and the Lower Mainland on two large stages, plus one smaller, more intimate, site venue, sharing their performances with an anticipated over 1,000 guests.
